Terms and Conditions

  • THE AGREEMENTBy booking a trip with Utmost Destination, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Utmost Destination. These terms and conditions apply to all trips and tours offered by Utmost Destination.
  • BOOKING A TRIPTo book a trip with Utmost Destination, you must fill out our online booking form and submit it to us. Your booking is only considered confirmed once Utmost Destination has sent you a confirmation email.
  • PRICINGThe price of your trip with Utmost Destination is outlined in your booking confirmation email. Utmost Destination reserves the right to change its prices at any time before your booking is confirmed. Once your booking is confirmed, the price of your trip is fixed and will not change.
  • PAYMENTTo confirm your booking with Utmost Destination, you must pay a deposit of 25% of the total trip cost. The remaining 75% of the trip cost is due 30 days before your departure date. Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
  • CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENTIf you need to cancel your trip with Utmost Destination, you must do so in writing. The date of cancellation will determine the cancellation fee, as follows: 60 or more days before departure: deposit is forfeited 30-59 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost 0-29 days before departure: 100% of total trip cost Utmost Destination strongly recommends that clients purchase travel insurance to protect against cancellation fees.
  • CANCELLATION BY UTMOST DESTINATIONUtmost Destination reserves the right to cancel any trip at any time for any reason, including if there are too few participants. If Utmost Destination cancels your trip, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to Utmost Destination. Utmost Destination is not responsible for any additional expenses you may have incurred in connection with your trip, such as airfare.
  • HEALTH AND SAFETYClients are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and mentally capable of participating in their chosen trip with Utmost Destination. Clients should consult a physician before booking a trip with Utmost Destination if they have any medical conditions or concerns. Utmost Destination reserves the right to refuse a client's participation in a trip if, in Utmost Destination's sole discretion, the client's health or safety is at risk.
  • TRAVEL DOCUMENTATIONClients are responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and vaccination certificates, and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • LIMITATION OF LIABILITYUtmost Destination is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or expense resulting from acts of God, war, weather, sickness, government restrictions, or any other cause beyond Utmost Destination's control. Utmost Destination is not liable for any negligent or willful act or omission by any third-party supplier, such as hotels or transportation companies.
  • APPLICABLE LAWThese terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state or country where Utmost Destination is based. Any legal action arising out of these terms and conditions must be brought in the courts of that state or country.
