Detail Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival in Kathmandu.

Upon arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be greeted by our representative who will transfer you to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 2 - Kathmandu Sightseeing.

After breakfast, you will begin your guided tour of the Kathmandu Valley. Visit UNESCO World Heritage Sites such as Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, and Swayambhunath Stupa. Return to your hotel in the evening.

Day 3 - Drive to Pokhara.

After breakfast, you will drive to Pokhara, a scenic city located west of Kathmandu. The drive takes around 6-7 hours. Upon arrival, check-in to your hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure.

Day 4 - Pokhara Sightseeing.

After breakfast, you will explore the beautiful city of Pokhara. Visit places such as Phewa Lake, Davis Falls, Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, and the World Peace Pagoda. In the evening, return to your hotel.

Day 5 - Drive to Chitwan.

After breakfast, you will drive to Chitwan, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its wildlife and nature conservation. Upon arrival, check-in to your hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure.

Day 6 - Chitwan Jungle Activities.

Today you will go on a jungle safari in Chitwan. Activities include elephant back safari, jungle walk, and a visit to the elephant breeding center. In the evening, enjoy a cultural show performed by the local Tharu community.

Day 7 - Drive to Lumbini.

After breakfast, you will drive to Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha. Upon arrival, check-in to your hotel and visit the sacred Maya Devi Temple and other Buddhist monasteries in the area.

Day 8 - Drive to Tansen.

After breakfast, you will drive to Tansen, a hill station located in the Palpa district. Upon arrival, check-in to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 9 - Tansen Sightseeing.

After breakfast, you will explore Tansen and visit places such as the Tansen Durbar, Srinagar Hill, and the Bhagwati Temple. In the evening, return to your hotel.

Day 10 - Drive to Kathmandu.

After breakfast, you will drive back to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, check-in to your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 11 - Departure.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight. This concludes the Nepal Tour.

BEST SEASON/ TIME

The best season and time to visit Nepal throughout the year would be in between October and December. Because Best of Nepal package includes major cities of Nepal like Kathmandu, Pokhara, Chitwan, Lumbini and Tansen, this allows us to get to know about the cultural diversity of Nepal. Travelling all around Nepal will give us the acknowledgement of how differently people from all over Nepal celebrate Dashain, Tihar and Chhath festivals which lies around and in between these moths.

WEATHER

The weather in Nepal around October to December would be the same, however in December the weather is chilly in the morning and evenings. The temperature may vary by 8-10 degrees that drops down by and through this month. The weather in this time would be sunny and dry with no chance of rain.

  1. Visa: The visa can be acquired upon the arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport. The visa can also be acquired by the foreigners at various land crossing borders prior to arrival. As, the Best of Nepal Tour features tour all around Nepal, a visa permit is all that requires.
