Detail Itinerary

Day 1 -Arrival in Kathmandu.

Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to explore the city on your own.

Day 2 -Fly from Kathmandu to Lhasa.

Today, you will take a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lhasa. Upon arrival in Lhasa, you will be transferred to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day acclimatizing to the altitude and exploring the city.

Day 3 - 4Lhasa Sightseeing.

Over the next two days, you will explore the main attractions of Lhasa, including the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, and Barkhor Street. You will also have time to visit Sera Monastery and Norbulingka Palace.

Day 5 - 6Gyantse and Shigatse.

Today, you will leave Lhasa and head to Gyantse, where you will visit the Pelkor Chode Monastery and the Gyantse Kumbum. Afterward, you will continue to Shigatse, where you will visit the Tashilhunpo Monastery and the local market.

Day 7 -Rongbuk Monastery.

Today, you will drive to Rongbuk Monastery, located at the foot of Mount Everest. Along the way, you will pass through beautiful landscapes and small villages.

Day 8 -Everest Base Camp.

Today, you will take a short drive to Everest Base Camp, where you will have the opportunity to take in stunning views of the world’s highest peak. You will then return to Rongbuk Monastery for the night.

Day 9 -Return to Kathmandu.

Today, you will drive back to the Nepal border, where you will complete immigration formalities and meet our representative. You will then be transferred to your hotel in Kathmandu. The next day is free for shopping and sightseeing. This concludes Best Of Tibet Tour.
