The BEST OF NEPAL TOUR is yet another tour package to look forward to. This is because it is a day and a night shorter than our other package of the BEST OF NEPAL TOUR (9 NIGHTS 10 DAYS). There are no major differences in these packages. This particular package does not feature the Lumbini trip so you will miss out on the acknowledgments you would be finding in Lumbini, the birthplace of Buddha otherwise known as Gautam Buddha. The mountain flight is not included in the trip because of the different route and itinerary. Overall, this package is perfect if you’re on a 10-day vacation and want to escape to be in a different dimension that Nepal surely would offer.

Detail Itinerary

Day 1- Arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport.

Upon arrival, you will be met & welcomed by the representative of our company, Utmost Destination Travel and Tour Pvt Ltd. They will also assist you and transfer you to the Hotel. In the hotel, after you check in you will be briefed about the tour further.

 

Day 2 - Kathmandu City Sightseeing.

After, breakfast in the morning you will be taken to a city tour around and in Kathmandu City. The sightseeing features Kastamandap( a temple built from a single tree from which the city derives its name), and Swyambhunath( one of the oldest Buddhist shrines). It also includes quite a lot of ancient palaces and the temple where the living goddess resides. In the evening time, we will visit Pashupatinath temple and Boudhanath Stupa, the largest stupa in the world.

Day 3 - Flight to Pokhara.

At around 7 am, we will go to the airport to catch a domestic flight that will be taking us to Pokhara, the second largest city in Nepal. Pokhara is the main attraction of tourists and it features famous sites such as Bat and Gupteshwar caves, Devis Falls, Seti River Gorge, Bindyabasini temple, and so on. We will stay at the hotel overnight.

Day 4 - Drive to Sarangkot Hills and visit the Phewa Lake.

On the morning of the fourth day, you will be driven to Sarangkot Hills for the sunrise view that lights its beams on the Annapurna range. After coming down the hills we will then go to Phewa Lake and cross the lake via boat and also hike towards World Peace Pagoda that overlooks Pokhara city. We then will get back for a drive to Lakeside( the shores of Phewa Lake) and have our dinner around that area. Overnight at hotel.

Day 5 - Pokhara-Chitwan National Park.

On the fifth day, you will be driven to Chitwan focusing the jungle activities in Chitwan National Park ( a UNESCO-listed heritage site of Nepal)where upon arrival you will be briefed about the camp and jungle activities. Overnight at the hotel

Day 6 - Chitwan National Park.

Early morning you will be mounted on the back of an elephant and taken for a jungle safari for 2-3 hours penetrating through dense grasslands to view wildlife. This grass commonly known as elephant grass is dense and grows to a height 18-20 ft. It is the favorite habitat of the rhinoceros and other mammals. After breakfast, you will be taken to the elephant stables where the senior naturalists will acknowledge you about the habits of the elephants. Here one may witness the rare scene of the elephants in at bath. The lunch will be at the camp. In the afternoon you may relax around the camp or take a drive through the jungles in land rovers followed by a dugout canoe ride down the Narayani river where there are very good chances of viewing the gharial crocodiles as well as the mugger crocodiles, freshwater dolphins, others and varieties of water birds or you may go on a nature walk or bird watching with one of our naturalists to know about the flora of the Royal Chit wan National Park. At the end of the canoe ride, waiting land rovers will drive you back to the camp.

Day 7 - Chitwan to Nagarkot.

On the seventh morning, we will be going back to Kathmandu. Then again we will be going to Nagarkot( a hill station famous for the scenic views of the mountain ranges namely: the Langtang mountain ranges and Annapurna Mountain Ranges). Overnight at the hotel.

Day 8 - Bhaktapur and Kathmandu.

 After Sunrise Views and breakfast, you will be driven back to Bhaktapur city and tour around the city, after that, we will drive back to Kathmandu to your hotel.

Day 9 - Departure.

You will leave for your destination on the 9th day, and our representative will drop you at the airport.
