Everest Trekking

One such famous location is the Everest region of Nepal. The highest mountain of this world attracts people coming from all corners of the globe. This trek takes many an adventurer to the foot of the world's highest point while immersing them into the very culture and traditions of the Sherpas.

Usually, the trek begins with a flight tour which enables viewing from Lukla to the Khumbu region. After the landing in Lukla, the trekking to Everest Base Camp takes about 12 to 14 days. The trail passes through scenic Sherpa villages, and lush forests, and offers picturesque high-altitude sceneries, giving breathtaking views of some of the tallest peaks in the world: Lhotse, Nuptse, and, of course, Mount Everest.

On this trek, acclimatization is done at different places, from the ancient monasteries to the very rich culture of the Sherpa people. Trekkers would finally make the Everest Base Camp, located at an altitude of 5,364m (17,598ft), where great views of the Khumbu Icefall and grandeur would embrace them after 12-14 days of trekking.

This trek is a measure of physical endurance, and, in so doing, imparts an opportunity for personal reflection, allowing the trip to turn into a very meaningful experience for many adventurers.
